WEILER Polyflex encapsulated stem-mounted Conflex brushes (PCFX-2, .01182in diameter) are engineered for high-speed die grinder applications. These wheel brushes feature alloy/steel bristles in a crimped-wire construction with solid ring support for durability. The encapsulation gradually wears to expose a consistent short trim for aggressive, controlled brushing and extended service life. Typical specifications include a ~2" wheel diameter, 1/4" stem, .0118" fill diameter, and trim length ~1/2". Sold in specified package quantities depending on SKU. Intended for rapid material removal, blending, and finishing tasks on metal surfaces.
