Loctite LB 8008 C5-A Copper Based Anti-Seize Lubricant (Loctite 234194) is a copper- and graphite-containing grease designed to protect metal parts from rust, corrosion, galling and seizing across a wide temperature range. Suspended copper and graphite particles establish greater clamp load and help prevent seizure in threaded assemblies and metal-to-metal contacts. Packaged in a 4 fl. oz. tube for convenient application, this product is commonly used in automotive, industrial maintenance and repair to protect fasteners, fittings and joints exposed to high temperatures or corrosive conditions. Materials include calcium dihydroxide, copper, petroleum distillates, graphite, hydrotreated heavy naphthenic and light naphthenic mineral oils, with traces of DMSO and quartz (SiO2).
