LOCTITE LB N-5000 is a high-purity, silver-colored nickel-based anti-seize paste supplied in a 1 lb brush-top can. Formulated for environments using stainless steel fasteners, it minimizes halogens, sulfur and heavy metals (including copper) while providing predictable clamping and protection against corrosion, friction, galling and seizing. Compositionally it is a nickel-based anti-seize with graphite flake in a petroleum carrier and is used where low contamination and extreme temperature tolerance are required. Typical applications include high-temperature assemblies and stainless-steel fastener applications; operating range is -20.2 °F to +2,399 °F (-29 °C to +1,315 °C).
