Weiler Vortec Pro Type 29 Zirconia Alumina Flap Disc with aluminum backing is designed for aggressive stock removal and smooth finishing. The 4-1/2" disc with 7/8" arbor delivers high cut-rate performance while the phenolic backing prevents scratching and reinforces the disc. Ideal applications include deburring, deflashing, edge chamfering, grinding, finishing, stock removal and weld blending. Rated for high RPM operation (up to 13,000 RPM depending on configuration). Constructed with zirconia alumina abrasive for durability and long life in metalworking. Packaging options may include single discs or multi-packs (examples: set of 10).
