Weiler Vortec Pro Type 29 Zirconia Alumina Flap Disc with aluminum backing works at an angle of 15-25 degrees. Suitable for deburring, deflashing, edge chamfering, grinding, finishing and stock removal, as well as weld blending applications. The Vortec Pro construction offers high cut rate and smooth grinding action. Phenolic (and aluminum-backed) reinforcement improves durability and prevents scratching. Available in 4-1/2" diameter with 5/8-11 UNC arbor and 120 grit for fine finishing and stock removal. Pack configurations (such as pack of 10) available for bulk/industrial use.
