3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP110 is a two-part, translucent epoxy in a duo-pak cartridge designed for multi-material bonding in industrial and repair applications. The DP110 system is medium viscosity (30,000 to 70,000 cPs) with a 1:1 mix ratio, providing an exact working life of approximately 10 minutes and a full cure of about 48 hours. The kit is intended for use with the EPX Plus II applicator and is supplied as a 50 ml cartridge (sale unit: KIT). DP110 offers Shore D hardness around 45, peel strength of 20 piw and shear strength near 3500 psi. It bonds effectively to ceramic, fiberboard, glass, metal, plastic, rubber and wood. The product is not regulated for hazardous shipping, has a typical shelf life of 15 months, and is marketed under the Scotch-Weld trade name by 3M.
